Exploring the intervention effect of honey on intestinal microbiota in healthy individuals

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 受试者已在开始任何研究特定的活动／程序之前提供了知情同意； 2. 成人年龄在 18-40 岁之间，性别不限； 3. 小学以上文化程度，有交流能力，知晓自己的诊断且愿意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subject has provided informed consent before starting any specific research activity/procedure; 2. Adult age is between 18 and 40 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Education level above primary school, communication skills, knowledge of one's own diagnosis, and willingness to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1. 对蜂蜜过敏者；或其他药物食物严重过敏者； 2. 既往明确诊断冠心病、心肌梗死或卒中者；有明确的冠脉支架植入术病史者；有明确高血压、糖尿病、严重的消化系统疾病、慢性肾病、血液病等疾病患者；明确有恶性肿瘤病史； 3. 近 1 月内服用过益生元或益生菌或合生元制剂，近 3 月内服用过抗生素； 4. 受试者目前采用过度降低体重的饮食方式； 5. 受试者在过去 5 年内有精神不稳定、药物滥用，或研究者认为使用药物未充分控制和稳定的严重精神疾病； 6. 曾患或现患具有临床意义的疾病（例如恶性肿瘤、呼吸、胃肠道、肾脏或精神疾病）或不稳定的疾病，且研究者认为，会对患者的安全性造成风险； 7. 正在进行其他药物临床试验的患者； 8. 就受试者和研究者所知，受试者可能无法完成所有研究方案要求的研究访视或程序，和／或无法遵守所有要求的研究程序。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who are allergic to honey; Individuals with severe allergies to other drugs or food; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, or stroke in the past; Individuals with a clear history of coronary stent implantation surgery; Patients with hypertension, diabetes, serious digestive system disease, chronic kidney disease, blood disease and other diseases are identified; Clear history of malignant tumors; 3. Have taken probiotics or probiotic or synbiotic preparations within the past month, and have taken antibiotics within the past three months; 4. The subjects currently adopt a diet that excessively reduces weight; 5. The subject has experienced mental instability, substance abuse, or serious mental illness that the researcher believes is not adequately controlled and stabilized during drug use within the past 5 years; 6. Have suffered or are currently suffering from clinically significant diseases (such as malignant tumors, respiratory, gastrointestinal, kidney, or psychiatric disorders) or unstable diseases, and researchers believe that it poses a risk to the safety of patients; 7. Patients undergoing clinical trials of other drugs; 8. To the best of the subjects and researchers' knowledge, subjects may not be able to complete all research visits or procedures required by the research protocol, and/or may not be able to comply with all required research procedures.

随机方法采用简单随机，具体方法：(1) 事先拟定 90 个研究对象序号；(2) 产生随机数字（此处用随机数字表法）；(3) 规定随机数字为奇数的研究对象分到A 组，偶数分到 B 组；(4) 规定 A 组为蜂蜜干预组，B 组为对照组；(5) 留存随机分配方案的文件。

The stochastic method uses simple randomization, and the specific methods: (1) 90 study subject serial numbers are drawn up in advance; (2) Generate random numbers (here using the random number table method); (3) Study subjects with odd random numbers are assigned to group A and even numbers to group B; (4) Stipulate that Group A is the honey intervention group and Group B is the control group; (5) Keep the file of the random allocation scheme.
