研究目的：

通过评估腰椎术后患者针刺干预前后相关指标变化，观察基于加速康复外科理念下针刺干预对腰椎术后患者康复的疗效，为腰椎术后患者提供康复的实践经验。  

Objectives of Study：

By evaluating the changes of relevant indicators before and after acupuncture intervention in patients with lumbar surgery, the effect of acupuncture intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar surgery based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery was observed, and the practical experience of rehabilitation for patients with lumbar surgery was provided.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁； （2）接受全麻腰椎手术的患者，开放或微创； （3）愿意遵循方案进行并签署知情同意书。 注：需同时满足以上3项，方可纳入研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Through the analysis and observation of changes in relevant indicators of acupuncture treatment for patients with lumbar spine surgery, the effect of acupuncture technology applied to ERAS management mode of patients with lumbar spine surgery was further explored, and the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment was verified and its clinical significance was clarified; (2) The combination of acupuncture and ERAS concept in the treatment of postoperative lumbar spine patients reflects the new idea of traditional Chinese medicine technology under the modern medical mode.

排除标准：

（1）年龄＜18岁； （2）因外伤入院的患者； （3）对针刺材料或协议药物过敏者； （4）不适宜针刺操作、施针部位有破损者； （5）合并严重的内科疾病、急慢性脊柱感染性疾病、术后出现严重的凝血功能障碍者； （6）认知障碍、不能够配合者。 注：凡符合 1 项均予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Age < 18 years old; (2) Patients admitted to hospital due to trauma; (3) Allergic to acupuncture materials or protocol drugs; (4) It is not suitable for acupuncture operation, and the acupuncture site is damaged; (5) Patients with severe medical diseases, acute and chronic spinal infectious diseases, and serious coagulation disorders after surgery; (6) Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate. Note: All those meeting 1 item are excluded.

课题组成员将入组的112名患者，从1开始到112编号，从随机数字表中任一行任一列开始，依次读取三位数作为一份随机数录于编号下，然后将全部随机数从小到大编序号（数据相同按先后顺序编序号），将每个随机数对应序号登记在表，规定序号 1-56为 针刺组，序号57-112为对照组。

The members of the research group numbered the 112 patients enrolled from 1 to 112, started from any row or column in the random number table, read the three digits successively as a random number recorded under the number, and then numbered all the random numbers from small to large (the data were the same in sequential order), and registered the corresponding serial number of each random number in the table. The acupuncture group numbered 1-56 and the control group numbered 57-112 were specified.
