本研究主要目的是探讨剖宫产后发生疤痕妊娠的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to investigate the possible mechanisms of scar pregnancy occurring after cesarean section.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入三类人流患者：剖宫产瘢痕妊娠6-10W、剖宫产后宫腔内妊娠6-10W、无剖宫产宫腔内妊娠6-10W。年龄均为20-40岁，B超确认宫内单胎妊娠

Inclusion criteria

Three categories of abortion patients were included: cesarean scar pregnancy, intrauterine pregnancy after cesarean section, and intrauterine pregnancy without cesarean section. All patients were 20-40 years of age, 6-10 weeks of gestation, intrauterine singleton pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound

排除标准：

生殖系统急性炎症、心肝肾疾病患者均排除。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with acute inflammation of the reproductive system, cardiac, hepatic, and renal diseases were excluded.
