Objectives of Study：

To study incidence, type, etiology, risk factors, and impact on outcome of children's nosocomial infections during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.

纳入标准：

所有接受ECMO支持的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

All children supported by ECMO.

排除标准：

1)ICU住院时间小于24小时；2) ECMO连接前已经发生院内感染；3)相关数据不完整的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1) ICU length of stay (LOS) less than 24 hours;
2) ECMO use less than 24 hours;
3) Occurrence of a NI prior to ECMO connection; and
4) Missing medical records.
