Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of non-invasive glucose monitoring based on wearable devices combined with mobile health intervention program on glucose management in patients with GDM

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

孕妇年龄在18-45岁之间；诊断为GDM；不需要多学科咨询评估；妊娠<29周；拥有智能手机和智能手表，并同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant age between 18 and 45 years; had a GDM diagnosis; no multidisciplinary consultation required; <29 weeks gestation; had a smartphone and smartwatch and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

除GDM外有慢性疾病和其他妊娠并发症、近期有创伤、接受糖皮质激素治疗、存在心理精神障碍、在合作方面存在严重困难，比如复诊、联系困难。

Exclusion criteria：

There are chronic diseases and other pregnancy complications, recent trauma, glucocorticoid treatment, the presence of psychosocial disorders, serious difficulties in cooperation, such as return visits, and contact difficulties.

干预组在标准的GDM管理基础上，在诊断初期（实施健康指导以改变患者生活方式、调整血糖的重要时期）实施可穿戴式无创血糖监测+移动健康干预≥2周，直至血糖降至预期目标。

Based on the standard GDM management, the intervention group implemented wearable non-invasive blood glucose monitoring + mobile health intervention for 2 weeks in the early stage of diagnosis (an important period for implementing health guidance to change patients' lifestyle and adjust blood glucose) until the blood glucose fell to the expected target.

本研究采用信封法进行随机分组，由第三方人员设计、打印随机信封，信封中隐藏随机分组信息，门诊护士对符合纳排标准的患者说明研究目的并征求同意后，患者按顺序抽取信封，交由护士登记入组情况。

In this study, the envelope method, the randomization envelope was designed and printed by a third party to hide the information of the randomization group. After the outpatient nurse explained the purpose of the study and solicited consent, the patients drew the envelope in order and submitted it to the nurse for registration.
