研究目的：

采用纵向研究设计及混合型研究方法，具体目的如下： （1）采用纵向量性研究获取患者家庭韧性相关数据、应用潜变量增长模型LGM对家庭韧性变化轨迹及影响因素进行分析； （2）采用纵向质性研究分析肺癌患者家庭韧性随时间变化过程及内在机制、家庭韧性变化过程保护因素及危险因素，弥补量性研究所未涉及的内容。 （3）应用Logistic回归方程对肺癌患者家庭韧性变化轨迹预测模型进行构建及验证。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will use a longitudinal research design and a mixed research methodology. The specific objectives are as follows: (1) We will use a longitudinal quantitative study to obtain data related to patients' family resilience, and apply the latent variable growth model LGM to analyze the trajectory of family resilience change and influencing factors; (2) We will use a longitudinal qualitative study to analyze the process of family resilience change over time and the underlying mechanisms, protective factors and risk factors for the process of family resilience change in lung cancer patients, and to make up for what is not covered in the quantitative study; (3) We will apply logistic regression equations to construct and validate a prediction model for the trajectory of family resilience change in lung cancer patients.

纳入标准：

纳入标准（患者）：①经影像学检查符合肺癌影像学诊断并预备择期手术的患者；②年龄≥18岁者；③意识清楚，且能够独立完成问卷填写者；④自愿参与本研究，且签署知情同意书者。 纳入标准（家庭照顾者）：①年龄≥18岁者；②由患者指定为家庭照顾者；③意识清楚，且能够独立完成问卷填写者；④其照顾的患者符合纳入标准；⑤自愿参与本研究，且签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criterion (Patients) ①Those with a highly suspected imaging diagnosis of lung cancer and ready for elective surgery. ②Adults>18 years. No upper age limit. ③Those who are conscious and able to communicate with others independently. ④Those who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criterion (Family caregivers) ①Adults>18 years. No upper age limit. ②Those who are identified by patients as family caregivers. ③Those who are conscious and able to communicate with others independently. ④Those whose patients meet the inclusion criterion. ⑤Those who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准（病人）：①伴有严重精神疾病或认知障碍者；②病情严重无法配合调查者；③意识不清者。 排除标准（家庭照顾者）：①伴有严重精神疾病或认知障碍者；②病情严重无法配合调查者；③意识不清者。
