研究目的：

评估使用3D打印模型辅助肘外翻/内翻畸形截骨矫形手术的临床效果  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the clinical effectiveness of using 3D printed models to assist in orthopedic surgery for elbow eversion/inversion deformities

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)受累肘关节有外伤史
(2) 肘内翻10°以上或肘外翻20°以上，形成功能障碍的成人或儿童严重畸形者，或者是肘外翻并发尺神经功能障碍患者
(3)经X线及CT检查证实肘外翻/内翻畸形
(4)根据临床判断，判定患者适合行截骨矫形手术治疗
(5)年龄1～65岁

Inclusion criteria

(1) There is a history of trauma to the affected elbow joint
(2) Individuals with severe deformities in adults or children, or those with ulnar nerve dysfunction caused by cubitus valgus more than 10 ° or cubitus valgus more than 20 °
(3) Confirmed by X-ray and CT examination, cubitus valgus/varus deformity
(4) Based on clinical judgment, it is determined that the patient is suitable for osteotomy and corrective surgery treatment
(5) Age range from 1 to 65 years old

排除标准：

(1)病理性骨折
(2)开放性骨折
(3)合并症，如心、肺、肝、肾脏或其他器官功能障碍或全身性营养不良导致无法忍受手术
(4)合并尺骨和/或桡骨近端骨折
(5)不同意参加临床研究的患者
(6)双侧肘关节畸形患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pathological fractures
(2) Open fracture
(3) Complications, such as dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys or other organs or systemic malnutrition leading to unbearable surgery
(4) Merge fractures of the ulna and/or proximal radius
(5) Patients who do not agree to participate in clinical research
(6) Patients with bilateral elbow joint deformities
