研究目的：

本研究的目的是为了观察分析影响乳腺癌患者睡眠情况的相关因素，其研究结果将为乳腺癌患者提供预防策略，并为乳腺癌失眠患者临床治疗的干预措施及生活行为指导提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to describe the incidence of insomnia in patients with breast cancer and investigate the influencing factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 乳腺癌患者需符合2022年V2版美国综合癌症网络（NCCN）肿瘤学临床实践指南中乳腺癌的诊断标准；乳腺癌伴失眠患者还需符合美国精神病学会的《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第五版（DSM-5）中失眠的诊断标准； 2. 年龄18～75岁，女性； 3. 无精神及智力异常，能理解各项量表条文并完成评定； 4. 同意参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with breast cancer need to meet the diagnostic criteria according to the 2022 V2 edition of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology; patients with breast cancer related insomnia need to meet the diagnostic criteria for insomnia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) of the American Psychiatric Association; 2. 18 to 75 years old, female; 3. Be free of psychiatric and intellectual abnormalities, and be able to understand the provisions of the scales and complete the ratings; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴有认知功能障碍、不能理解问卷内容者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with cognitive dysfunction who are unable to understand the content of the questionnaire.
