研究目的：

主要研究目的：1.解析呼吸道微生物与宿主免疫互作在急性下呼吸道感染炎症反应中的作用；2.揭示疾病发生、发展以及预后相关的微生物组及宿主多组学特征；3.基于微生物与宿主互作关系筛选出的目标微生物/代谢产物，在细胞水平明确其在感染发生发展时的免疫调控作用。 次要研究目的：1.描述养老社区老年人群上下呼吸道微生物组特征；2.明确急性呼吸道感染患者的呼吸道微生物组特征；3.解析呼吸道微生物在急性呼吸道感染炎症反应中的生理学机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary research objectives : 1. to analyze the role of the interaction between respiratory microbes and host immunity in the inflammatory response of acute lower respiratory tract infection; 2. to reveal the microbiome and host multi-omics characteristics related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of diseases; 3. to explain how the formation of infections occurs at the cellular level of immune regulation function based on the link between microbial interactions with the host screen target or microorganism metabolites. Secondary research objectives : 1. to characterize the microbiome of the upper and lower respiratory tract in the elderly in a nursing home community; 2. to characterize the respiratory microbiome in patients with acute respiratory infections; 3. to analyze the respiratory microorganisms' physiological mechanism in the acute respiratory infection's inflammatory response.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥50周岁； 2.在养老机构入住期望时间≥3年； 3.自愿参与本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Participants aged ≥ 50 years old; 2. A minimum of three years should be anticipated for a stay at Nursing Home; 3. Be able to provide informed written consent.

排除标准：

1.近3个月内存在急性呼吸道感染史； 2.预期寿命在半年内； 3.存在检查禁忌或不能配合完成问卷调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of acute respiratory infection during the last three months; 2. Life expectancy is less than half a year; 3. Those who had examination contraindications or could not cooperate to complete the questionnaire.
