研究目的：

九味清脂膏治疗NASH已取得一定的疗效，本研究拟进一步观察九味清脂膏对NASH患者治疗作用，探索本膏剂从健脾清热利湿泄浊立法治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Jiuwei Qingzhi Ointment has achieved certain curative effect in treating NASH. This study intends to further observe the therapeutic effect of Jiuwei Qingzhi Ointment on patients with NASH, and explore the mechanism of this Ointment in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease by strengthening spleen, clearing away heat, promoting diuresis and removing turbidity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

九味清脂膏，药物包括垂盆草、醋五味子、炒白芍、泽兰、茯苓、生薏苡仁、蚕砂、生山楂、黄连等，如法制膏，膏剂由江苏省中医院药剂科提供，每次2袋，每日两次口服；对照组为安慰剂对照，安慰剂为治疗组1/10剂量九味清脂膏剂量加水稀释到原体积，包装同九味清脂膏。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合NAFLD诊断标准；
②年龄在18-60岁之间；
③400U/L>ALT>40U/L，肝内脂肪测定PDFF>8%；
④志愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① the diagnostic criteria of NAFLD;
② The age is between 18 and 60 years old;
③400U/L>ALT>40U/L, and PDFF > 8% of liver fat;
④ Volunteer to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①合并心、脑、肺等严重疾病，肾功能不全、电解质紊乱者；
②诊断为重型肝炎（含急性、亚急性及慢性重型肝炎）者；
③哺乳期、妊娠期女性；
④病人不能合作或精神病患者；
⑤糖尿病且HbA1c>7%患者；
⑥对膏剂组成成分及辅料过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

① those complicated with serious diseases such as heart, brain and lung, renal insufficiency and electrolyte disorder;
② those diagnosed as severe hepatitis (including acute, subacute and chronic severe hepatitis);
③ lactating and pregnant women;
④ Patients can't cooperate or are mentally ill;
⑤ Patients with diabetes and HbA1c>7%;
⑥ People who are allergic to the ingredients and auxiliary materials of paste.
