研究目的：

确定虚拟现实技术对脑卒中患者上肢功能障碍恢复是否有效，研究此技术的优势与不足，对虚拟现实技术的未来做出展望。  

Objectives of Study：

Determine whether virtual reality technology is effective in restoring upper limb dysfunction in stroke patients, study the advantages and disadvantages of this technology, and make prospects for the future of virtual reality technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊疗指南2018或中国脑出血诊治指南2019中的脑卒中诊断标准，由CT或MRI证实病变；（2）年龄30-65周岁；（3）首次发生单侧缺血性或出血性脑卒中，病程>2周且<3个月；（4）生命体征平稳；（5）认知功能良好，MMSE评估判定无认知功能障碍，能够配合治疗；（6）能够独立保持坐位至少30min；（7）无听觉及视觉障碍；（8）患侧上肢可进行被动活动，改良Ashworth评分<3级；（9）能够提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke or the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage, confirmed by CT or MRI; (2) Age range from 30 to 65 years old; (3) The first occurrence of unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, with a course of>2 weeks and<3 months; (4) Stable vital signs; (5) Good cognitive function, MMSE assessment shows no cognitive impairment, and can cooperate with treatment; (6) Being able to maintain a sitting position independently for at least 30 minutes; (7) No auditory or visual impairment; (8) The affected upper limb can engage in passive movement, with an improved Ashworth score of<3 levels; (9) Can provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）非首次发生单侧缺血性或出血性脑卒中；（2）生命体征不平稳，如血压不稳、心绞痛等；（3）上肢肌肉骨骼损伤如肩周炎、肩袖损伤或上肢骨折；（4）其他神经系统疾病：帕金森、神经根型颈椎病或神经卡压疾病如腕管综合征；（5）有癫痫病史，脑卒中以外的脑部损伤、颅骨缺损情况；（6）有心理疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Not the first occurrence of unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; (2) Unstable vital signs, such as unstable blood pressure, angina, etc; (3) Upper limb musculoskeletal injuries such as shoulder periarthritis, rotator cuff injury, or upper limb fractures; (4) Other neurological disorders: Parkinson's disease, cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, or nerve compression disorders such as carpal tunnel syndrome; (5) Having a history of epilepsy, brain injury outside of stroke, and skull defects; (6) Have a history of mental illness.
