研究目的：

对比胸腔镜手术中可视喉罩联合支气管封堵器与可视的双腔支气管导管相比的优劣势、安全性、可控性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the advantages, disadvantages, safety, and controllability of the visual laryngeal mask combined with bronchial blocker in thoracoscopic surgery compared to the visual double-lumen bronchial catheter.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）美国麻醉医师协会健康分级 ASA I-Ⅲ级，年龄18~70岁 2）拟行择期胸腔镜肺切除手术（楔切、段切和叶切） 3）能够理解并完成自我评估的患者； 4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) American Society of Anesthesiologists Health Classification ASA I-III, Age 18-70 2) Selective thoracoscopic pulmonary resection surgery (wedge, segmental, and lobectomy) 3) Patients who can understand and complete self-assessment; 4) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）妊娠期女性； 2）既往有咽喉痛、声音嘶哑和慢性咳嗽史，职业声乐表演者 3) 预期困难插管者，改良Mallampati级≥3级； 4）肥胖和体重指数BMI＞35 kg / m2； 5）半年内有插管史； 6）鼻腔解剖结构异常； 7）严重的呼吸道感染； 8）严重的心、脑、肝、肾、及肺部疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant women; 2) Previous history of sore throat, hoarseness, and chronic cough, professional vocal performer 3) Expected difficulty in intubation, Mallampati level ≥ 3; 4) Obesity and body mass index BMI>35 kg/m2; 5) Have a history of intubation within six months; 6) Abnormal anatomical structure of the nasal cavity; 7) Severe respiratory infections; 8) Severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, and lung diseases
