研究目的：

开展临床应用研究，通过随机对照研究，评价针刺戒烟仪对重度烟草依赖者的临床疗效及卫生经济学效益，创立“医院+家庭”的针灸戒烟协作管理模式，促进针刺戒烟技术的推广和应用。  

Objectives of Study：

Carry out clinical application research, evaluate the clinical efficacy and health economics benefits of acupuncture smoking cessation instrument for heavy tobacco addicts through randomized controlled research, establish a "hospital+family" acupuncture and moxibustion smoking cessation collaborative management model, and promote the promotion and application of acupuncture smoking cessation technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

自助式针刺戒烟方案临床疗效评价研究：通过临床多中心、随机、对照研究，以重度烟草依赖患者为研究对象，评价针刺戒烟仪自主式戒烟方案对重度烟草依赖者的临床戒断率、吸烟渴求以及戒断症状等临床疗效，并通过对比效益研究，从卫生经济学评价自助式针刺戒烟方案的效益性。同时从医疗器械注册程序，对腕式智能针刺戒烟仪的安全性、有效性进行评价，以制定可推广的、实用性强的可自助式的针刺戒烟干预方案。为针灸戒烟的推广和《中医针灸戒烟操作指南》的制订提供更为客观的数据。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Clinical efficacy evaluation of self guided acupuncture smoking cessation program: A multicenter, randomized, and controlled clinical study was conducted on patients with severe tobacco dependence to evaluate the clinical efficacy of self guided acupuncture smoking cessation program on the clinical withdrawal rate, smoking craving, and withdrawal symptoms of patients with severe tobacco dependence. The comparative benefit study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of self guided acupuncture smoking cessation program from the perspective of health economics. At the same time, evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the wrist style intelligent acupuncture smoking cessation device through the registration process of medical devices, in order to develop a scalable and practical self-help acupuncture smoking cessation intervention plan. It will provide more objective data for the promotion of acupuncture and moxibustion smoking cessation and the formulation of the "Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion smoking cessation operation guide". 

纳入标准：

①符合烟草依赖诊断标准；②年龄30至50岁；③烟龄≥1年，近12个月每日吸烟≥10支；④呼气一氧化碳检测≥6ppm；⑤右利手；⑥愿意参与本次研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for tobacco dependence; ② Age range from 30 to 50 years old; ③ Smoking age ≥ 1 year, smoking ≥ 10 cigarettes per day in the past 12 months; ④ Exhalation carbon monoxide detection ≥ 6ppm; ⑤ Right handedness; ⑥ Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①过去半年接受过其他戒烟治疗；②怀孕或哺乳期妇女；③患有严重的心、肺、脑、血液系统疾病；④患有精神疾病及吸毒者；⑤经研究者判断处于其他无法达到研究要求的疾病或精神状态。

Exclusion criteria：

① Received other smoking cessation treatments in the past six months; ② Pregnant or lactating women; ③ Suffering from serious heart, lung, brain, and blood system diseases; ④ Suffering from mental illness and drug use; ⑤ According to the researcher's judgment, they are in a state of illness or mental state that cannot meet the research requirements.

选穴：列缺、合谷、百会、足三里、三阴交、太冲 操作方法：取双侧穴位，平补平泻，得气后留针30分钟，并使用电针仪在列缺、足三里行疏密波进行治疗，单侧或双侧同时进行电针治疗，亦可双侧交替。每周3次，疗程8周。

Electroacupuncture treatment can be performed simultaneously on one or both sides, or alternatively on both sides. Three times a week, with a treatment period of two months.

盲法：

本研究为单盲法，因针刺疗法临床实践的特殊性，及尼古丁贴片、戒烟仪与针刺方案的不一致性，无法对受试者采取盲法进行试验，因此，本研究拟对数据分析人员采取盲法，以避免偏倚因素干扰

Blinding：

The system was randomly assigned to a single blind group in this study. Due to the unique clinical practice of acupuncture therapy and the inconsistency between nicotine patches, smoking cessation devices, and acupuncture regimens, it was not possible to conduct blind trials on the subjects. Therefore, this study intends to use blind trials for data analysts to avoid interference from bias factors
