研究目的：

比较瑞马唑仑对比丙泊酚静脉全麻诱导前后超声心动图传统心脏功能参数、基于二维斑点追踪超声心动图左右心室心肌应变及做功参数的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the changes in traditional cardiac function parameters of echocardiography, and left and right ventricular myocardial strain and work parameters based on two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography before and after induction of intravenous general anesthesia with remimazolam and propofol.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①择期行腹腔镜或经腹妇科手术经瑞马唑仑或丙泊酚静脉全麻诱导患者；②年龄20-59岁；③ASA 1-2级；④18＜BMI＜30

Inclusion criteria

①Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic or abdominal gynecological surgery induced by intravenous general anesthesia with remimazolam or propofol; ②Age 20-59 years old; ③American Society of Anesthesiology(ASA) 1-2; ④18

排除标准：

①ASA3级及以上；②甲亢；③甲减；④血容量不足；⑤严重肝肾疾病；⑥左室EF＜55%；⑦心肌病；⑧严重冠状动脉疾病；⑨瓣膜病；⑩严重心律不齐；?既往心脏手术史

Exclusion criteria：

①American Society of Anesthesiology(ASA) 3 and above; ②hyperthyroidism; ③hypothyroidism; ④hypovolemia; ⑤severe liver and kidney disease; ⑥left ventricular EF <55%; ⑦cardiomyopathy; ⑧severe coronary artery disease; ⑨valvular disease; ⑩severe arrhythmia ; ? Previous cardiac surgery history

Propofol 2–3 mg/kg. At the beginning of anesthesia induction, both groups received continuous pump infusion of remifentanil 0.15ug/(kg·min), dexmedetomidine 0.5ug/kg·h, and intravenous injection of sufentanil 5ug.
