研究目的：

观察益神颗粒联合温针灸治疗肺癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制的有效性和安全性，对比单独使用益神颗粒和益神颗粒联合温针灸的疗效，为联合治疗肺癌化疗后骨髓抑制提供有力的试验证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of Yishen granule combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of myelosuppression in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy, and to compare the efficacy of Yishen granule and Yishen granule combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）经病理或细胞学诊断的肺癌患者；
2）已完成化疗，且化疗首次至末次期间出现I~III度骨髓抑制≥1次；
3）估计生存期≥3 个月；
4）体力状况（ECOG）评分 ≤2分；
5）年龄≥18周岁且≤74周岁，性别不限；
6）患者自愿参加本项目研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with lung cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology;
2. Chemotherapy was completed, and I~III degree myelosuppression occurred more than once during the first to the last period of chemotherapy;
3. The estimated survival time is more than 3 months;
4. The ECOG score of physical condition is less than 2;
5. Aged 18 to 74 years;
6. Voluntary participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）有脾功能亢进、血液病或其他恶性肿瘤史；
2）有严重或未控制的内科疾患及感染者；
3）接受过造血干细胞移植或骨髓移植者；
4）创伤性皮肤、不宜针灸或对艾烟过敏者；
5）正在参加其它临床研究或1个月内参加过其它临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With histories of hypersplenism, hematopathy or other malignant tumors;
2. With serious or uncontrolled medical diseases and infected persons;
3. Those who have received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or bone marrow transplantation;
4. People with traumatic skin, unsuitable for acupuncture or allergic to aiyan;
5. People who are participating in other clinical studies or have participated in other clinical studies within one month.

本研究采用静态区组随机对照试验设计，随机分配编码由统计学专业人员采用SAS软件在计算机上模拟产生，按1:1 随机分为试验组和对照组。
