研究目的：

（1）观察妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后咀嚼口香糖对肠功能恢复的影响；（2）观察妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后咀嚼口香糖对患者肠道菌群的影响；（3）发表论文一篇。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the effect of chewing gum on intestinal function recovery in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after surgery; (2) To observe the effect of chewing gum on intestinal flora in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after surgery; (3) Publish a paper.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在25-70岁之间怀疑或有病理组织学证实的妇科癌症，包括宫颈癌、子宫癌或卵巢/输卵管/腹膜癌，并计划接受手术的择期手术患者；2.意识、清醒、自愿参与研究，签署知情同意书；3.能按照要求完成咀嚼口香糖、回答问题等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients between the ages of 25 and 70 with suspected or histopathologically confirmed gynecological cancers, including cervical, uterine, or ovarian/fallopian tube/peritoneal cancers, who plan to undergo elective surgery
2. Conscious, sober, voluntary participation in the study, signed informed consent
3. Able to chew gum and answer questions as required.

排除标准：

1.伴随其他消化系统的肿瘤，或既往实施肠道手术的患者，或已知的胃肠道疾病史；2.伴有咀嚼困难；3.伴有薄荷过敏，口香糖成分过敏者；4.伴有慢性便秘（定义为每周少于3排便至少3个月）；5.伴有认知功能障碍，或伴有神经功能障碍存在窒息或吞咽困难的风险；6.术前进行腹部照射、新辅助化疗；7.术中肿瘤侵犯肠管，需要进行部分肠管离断吻合；8.出现严重的术后并发症（如术中大量失血、腔内肠损伤、严重感染）；9.不能理解实验内容且无法配合的患者及拒绝签署知情同意书者；10.有严重危害患者安全或影响患者完成研究的伴随疾病或其他特殊情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. accompanied by other digestive system tumors, or previous intestinal surgery, or a known history of gastrointestinal disease
2. Accompanied by difficulty masticating
3. People with mint allergy and gum allergy
4. Accompanied by chronic constipation (defined as having fewer than 3 bowel movements per week for at least 3 months)
5. Accompanied by cognitive dysfunction, or accompanied by neurological dysfunction, there is a risk of suffocation or dysphagia
6. Abdominal irradiation and neoadjuvant chemotherapy were performed before surgery
7. During the operation, the tumor invaded the bowel, which required partial intestinal catheterization and anastomosis
8. Severe postoperative complications (such as intraoperative massive blood loss, intraluminal injury, severe infection)
9. Patients who cannot understand and cooperate with the experiment and refuse to sign the informed consent
10. Patients with concomitant diseases or other special conditions that seriously endanger the safety of patients or affect the completion of the study.
