研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估腹围与臀围比 (ACHR) 作为确定剖宫产手术期间腰椎硬膜外麻醉穿刺深度的预测指标的效用。 该研究旨在阐明 ACHR 与 L3-4 硬膜外穿刺深度的准确预测之间的潜在相关性，旨在为完善剖宫产病例中最佳腰椎硬膜外。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to assess the utility of the Abdominal Circumference to Hip Circumference Ratio (ACHR) as a predictive indicator for determining the lumbar epidural anesthesia puncture depth during cesarean section. The study aims to elucidate the potential correlation between ACHR and the accurate prediction of L3-4 lumbar epidural puncture depth, with the intention of providing valuable insights to enhance preoperative assessments for optimal lumbar epidural anesthesia management in cesarean section cases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.苏州大学附属苏州九院2023年12月25日至2024年6月30日计划行剖宫产手术的患者； 2.ASA分级Ⅰ—Ⅱ级； 3.年龄20-40岁； 4.足月妊娠； 5.单胎妊娠。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for elective cesarean section procedures at Suzhou University Affiliated Suzhou Ninth Hospital from December 25, 2023, to June 30, 2024; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II; 3. Age range: 20 to 40 years; 4. Full-term pregnancies; 5. Singleton pregnancies.

排除标准：

1.精神病、严重神经官能症等不能合作的患者； 2.严重低血容量的患者； 3.凝血功能异常的患者； 4.穿刺部位有感染的患者； 5.中枢神经系统疾病的患者； 6.脊柱外伤或者有脊柱畸形、强制性脊柱炎的患者; 7.穿刺过程中由正中直入路改为侧入路的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients exhibiting conditions such as psychosis, severe neurogenic disorders, or other incapacitating factors that preclude effective cooperation; 2. Patients with severe hypovolemia; 3. Patients presenting abnormalities in coagulation function; 4. Patients with localized infections at the puncture site; 5. Patients afflicted with central nervous system disorders; 6. Patients with spinal trauma, spinal deformities, or conditions of obligatory spinal inflammation; 7. Patients necessitating a modification from a midline approach to a lateral approach during the puncture process.
