筛选出心力衰竭患者进行桡动脉首针穿刺操作失败的因素并建立预测模型，以及对该模型进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Identify the factors that contribute to the failure of radial artery first needle puncture in patients with heart failure, establish a predictive model, and validate the model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：年龄大于18岁，新入院后首次进行桡动脉穿刺，且结合其症状、体征、实验室检查和心脏超声等，确定为心力衰竭患者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old who underwent radial artery puncture for the first time after admission, combined with their symptoms, signs, laboratory tests, and cardiac ultrasound, were identified as heart failure patients.

排除标准：

排除标准：①重症ICU病例 ；②休克病例；③猝死病例；④由于患者拒绝穿刺导致操作失败病例；⑤数据资料不全的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① Severe ICU cases; ② Shock cases; ③ Sudden death cases; ④ Cases of operation failure due to patient's refusal to puncture; ⑤ Cases with incomplete data.
