Comparing the severity of diabetic ketoacidosis in children with COVID-19 infection during the COVID-19 pandemic

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）2022年3月-2022年11月，非新冠感染的入住吉林大学第一医院明确诊断为糖尿病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患儿。2022年12月-2023年3月入住PICU明确诊断为糖尿病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患者，同时新冠病毒抗原阳性或者核酸阳性或与有新冠病毒阳性感染者有接触史。 （2）入院后才启动持续泵入胰岛素治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) From March 2022 to November 2022, children admitted to Jilin University First Hospital with a confirmed diagnosis of diabetes and diabetic ketoacidosis, excluding those with COVID-19 infection. From December 2022 to March 2023, patients admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) with a confirmed diagnosis of diabetes and diabetic ketoacidosis, who also tested positive for COVID-19 antigen or nucleic acid, or had a history of contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case. (2) Insulin infusion therapy was initiated only after admission.

排除标准：

1、年龄＜28天或年龄＞16岁。 2、患儿存在糖尿病，但无酮症酸中毒。

Exclusion criteria：

①Age <28 days or age >16 years. ②The child has diabetes but does not have ketoacidosis.
