研究目的：

本课题研究立足于国内外研究现状，查阅大量相关文献确定了研究方向，拟通过设计回顾性队列研究使用倾向性评分（propensity score matching）对比缝合（suture）与免缝合（sutureless）技术在腹腔镜下肾肿瘤切除术术中（手术时间、术中并发症、术中失血量、缺血时间等）及术后结局（术后住院时间、术后并发症、短期及长期肾功能）的影响。阐明免缝合技术在肾部分切手术中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the current research situation at home and abroad, the research direction is determined by consulting a large number of relevant literature, and it is proposed to design a retrospective cohort study of the use of propensity score Matching) is used to compare the effects of suturing and sutureless in laparoscopic nephrectomy (operation time, intraoperative complications, intraoperative blood loss, ischemic time, etc.) and postoperative outcome (postoperative hospital stay, postoperative complications, short-term and long-term renal function). To clarify the application value of suture free technique in partial nephrectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

回顾性纳入在某医科大学附属医院进行腹腔镜下保留肾单位肾肿瘤切除术患者，收集住院期间术中及术后资料、随访期间影像学结果及肾功能改变。详细比较传统缝合技术和免缝合技术在手术安全性、可及性以及肿瘤、肾功能损伤方面数据。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A retrospective dataset of consecutive patients with renal mass undergoing retroperitoneal LNSS in a high-volume center are collected. A propensity score matching (PSM) analysis is used to select two baseline homogeneous cohorts. Descriptive statistics are performed before and after PSM. Univariable and multivariable logistic analyses are adopted to identify risk factors of acute kidney injury (AKI) after surgery and Kaplan-Meier analysis for functional deterioration (new-onset CKD of stage 3 (eGFR<60 mL/min/1.73m2) or CKD upstaging after surgery) are used to compare the two cohorts. 

纳入标准：

在2014年－2019年之间在我院因肾肿瘤行后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors in our hospitals between 2014 and 2019.

排除标准：

单侧多个实体肿瘤、经腹腔手术途径行肾部分切除术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with multiple masses, underdoing surgery via transperitoneal approach were excluded.
