研究目的：

1.观察粘性骨在位点保存中应用的临床疗效； 2.对比粘性骨与传统植骨材料在实施位点保存后的临床疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Observe the clinical efficacy of sticky bone in site preservation; 2. The difference in clinical efficacy between sticky bone and traditional bone graft materials after site preservation was compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）大于18岁；（2）重度牙周炎或根尖周炎需要拔除患牙的患者，患牙至少有一侧骨壁缺损；（3）无放化疗，无精神疾病，无甲亢，无出血性疾病，无自身免疫性疾病等手术禁忌症；目前无糖尿病、高血压，或糖尿病、高血压已通过药物进行有效控制；（4）患者及家属均知情,自愿参与本次研究,签署知情同意书。（5）如为女性，没有怀孕、哺乳，半年内没有怀孕计划；（6）半年内没有参加其他临床试验；（7）可以接受猪和牛来源的材料；

Inclusion criteria

(1) over 18 years of age; (2) In patients with severe periodontitis or periapical periodontitis requiring tooth extraction, the tooth has at least one bone wall defect; (3) No surgical contraindications such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, mental disease, hyperthyroidism, bleeding disease, and autoimmune disease; Currently does not have diabetes, hypertension, or diabetes, hypertension has been effectively controlled by drugs; (4) Patients and their families are informed, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign informed consent. (5) If a woman is not pregnant, breastfeeding, and has no pregnancy plan within six months; (6) Not participating in other clinical trials within six months; (7) Materials of pig and cattle origin can be accepted;

排除标准：

（1）拔牙禁忌症；（2）有全身性系统疾病；（3）需要拔除的患牙周围骨壁完整；（4）容易造成失访的情况，如受试者工作环境变动等；（5）不能获得患者或委托人的书面同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) contraindications for tooth extraction; (2) There are systemic diseases; (3) The bone wall around the affected tooth that needs to be removed is intact; (4) Situations that are likely to cause loss of follow-up, such as changes in the working environment of the subjects; (5) The written consent of the patient or client cannot be obtained.

本研究是随机对照试验，将患者按照就诊顺序编号，采用随机数字法将44例患者1:1随机分为A、B两组，具体的分组方法为：首先将44例患者按照就诊顺序从1开始编号至44，然后从随机数字表中的任一行任一列随机选取一个数字，以该数字为起点，从左向右，从上到下，读取44个数字，一一对应到编号1-44患者下面，再将全部选出的随机数从小到大进行编序号（1）-（44）（随机数相同的按照先手顺序编号），规定序号（1）-（22）为A组，序号（23）-（44）为B组。将随机分组结果封入标有患者编号的信封，手术前拆开信封，按分组结果显示的方式进行手术。

This study was A randomized controlled trial. Patients were numbered according to the order of treatment, and 44 patients were randomly divided into two groups A and B 1:1 by random number method. The randomization results were sealed into an envelope marked with the patient number, which was opened before surgery and performed in the manner indicated by the group results.
