分析霍普金斯跌倒风险评估量表在肿瘤住院患者中的应用价值，探讨肿瘤住院患者有效的跌倒风险评估工具，为进一步识别肿瘤患者的跌倒风险，预防或减少跌倒的发生提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the predictive ability of John Hopkins Fall Risk Assessment Tool in cancer inpatients, and try to find an effective fall risk assessment tool for cancer inpatients, so further identifying the fall risk of cancer patients and reduce the occurrence of falls.

纳入标准：

①明确诊断为肿瘤的患者； ②年龄大于 14 岁； ③住院期间使用霍普金斯跌倒风险评估量表评估跌倒风险

Inclusion criteria

1.diagnosised with cancer; 2.aged 14 or above; 3.used John Hopkins Fall Risk Assessment Tool as fall risk assessment tool during their stay in hospital

排除标准：

①数据收集期间不在院的住院患者； ②数据收集三个月内接受过外科手术的患者； ③无行动能力的卧床患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. out of hopsital during the period of data collecting; 2.recived surgery therapy within three months before the data collecting 3.totally immobilized
