研究目的：

利用患者来源的乳腺癌组织在体外进行体内高模拟度的三维培养，形成体外肿瘤微结构组织并进行相关治疗药物和治疗方案的疗效研究，构建乳腺癌类器官与药物疗效和治疗方案效果信息平台，利用该平台探索乳腺癌个体化医学。  

Objectives of Study：

To carry out high-simulation three-dimensional culture in vitro using patient-derivedbreast cancer,form tumor microstructure tissue in vitro, conduct research on the efficacy of related therapeutic drugs and treatment plans, construct breast cancer organoids and information on the efficacy of drugs and treatment plans and use this platform to explore individualized medicine for breast cancer.

纳入标准：

1)自愿签署知情同意书。 2)年龄≥18、性别不限。 3)ECOG评分：0～4分。 4)受试者依从性好，能够遵守与学习相关的程序，能够并愿意完成有关其环境/职业暴露和吸烟/饮酒史的问卷调查。 5)任何亚型及分期的乳腺癌患者（任何雌激素受体、孕激素受体和 HER2 受体状态）。 6)原发灶或转移灶可获得手术组织或足够的活检组织，可获得培养所需肿瘤组织标本。 7)预期寿命不少于12 周。 8)主要脏器功能正常，心、肝、肾及骨髓造血功能良好。

Inclusion criteria

Voluntary signed informed consent. Age ≥ 18, gender not limited. ECOG performance status: 0 to 4. Good compliance and willingness to follow the study-related procedures, able to complete a questionnaire survey about their environmental/occupational exposure and smoking/drinking history. Patients with any subtype and stage of breast cancer (irrespective of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and HER2 receptor status). Available surgical tissue or sufficient biopsy tissue from the primary or metastatic site, able to obtain cultured tumor tissue samples. Life expectancy of at least 12 weeks. Normal function of major organs, including the heart, liver, kidneys and hematopoietic function of bone marrow.

排除标准：

1)未满18岁。 2)严重神经或精神障碍病史，包括癫痫发作或痴呆，身体或精神上无能力或无能力签署知情同意书，无法给予知情同意（语言、智力等）。 3)拒绝参加。 4)无法获取活检和/或手术、胸水、腹水、心包积液及脑脊液等样本。 5)没有足够的乳腺组织进行组织学分析或剩余的乳腺组织不足以进行常规病理学分析。 6)对抗肿瘤治疗药物过敏或存在手术禁忌症无法接受任何抗肿瘤治疗的。 7)入选前 5 年内有任何其他临床活动性恶性肿瘤病史 8)根据主治医师的判断，患者将无法满足研究的要求。 9)严重的肝病、心血管疾病、肾脏疾病、呼吸系统疾病、血液系统疾病或失控的糖尿病。 10)HIV患者。 11）孕期和哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Below 18 years old. Severe neurological or psychiatric disorders, including epilepsy, dementia, physical or mental incapacity to sign the informed consent, unable to provide informed consent (language, intelligence, etc.). Refused to participate. Unable to obtain biopsy and/or surgery, pleural fluid, ascites, pericardial fluid, and cerebrospinal fluid samples. Insufficient breast tissue for histological analysis or remaining breast tissue not sufficient for routine pathological analysis. Allergic to anti-tumor treatment drugs or have surgical contraindications and are unable to receive any anti-tumor treatment. Any other active malignant tumor history within the past 5 years before enrollment. According to the judgment of the attending physician, the patient will be unable to meet the requirements of the study. Severe liver disease, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, respiratory disease, blood disease or uncontrolled diabetes. HIV patients. Pregnant and lactating patients
