研究目的：

阐明PCOS患者的免疫学状态，尤其是Th1/Th2平衡，进一步丰富PCOS发病机制的研究。通过一项前瞻性观察性研究评估二甲双胍治疗PCOS患者的炎性状态是否与Th1/Th2平衡有关。  

Objectives of Study：

To elucidate the immunological status of polycystic ovary syndrome patient, especially Th1/Th2 immune imbalance. And to evaluate whether Th1/Th2 balance is associated with inflammation in patients treated with metformin of polycystic ovary syndrome through a prospective, observational trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.满足鹿特丹标准诊断的多囊卵巢综合症的病人。 2.年龄在18-35周岁。 3.在3个月内未进行任何药物治疗干预。 4.受试者自愿签署知情同意书并乐于接受本治疗方案进行干预。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who meet the Rotterdam criteria. 2. Aged between 18 and 35. 3. No pharmacological intervention was performed within 3 months. 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的肝、肾、心、脑功能障碍、恶性肿瘤及遗传或家族病等其他疾病。 2.有甲状腺功能异常、糖尿病以及其他内分泌紊乱等。 3.患有子宫内膜异位症及其他慢性自身免疫性疾病。 4.其他研究人员认为不适合列入研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who also suffer from other serious liver, kidney, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, malignant tumor and genetic or familial disease. 2. Endocrine disorder such as thyroid hormone and diabetes. 3. Those who also suffer from endometriosis and other chronic autoimmune disease. 4. Other situations that researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion in the study.
