研究目的：

明确传统功法八段锦对发育性协调障碍患儿运动功能的影响以及八段锦影响DCD儿童运动功能的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effects of the traditional gongfu method, Ba Duan Jin, on the motor function of children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD) and the neural mechanisms by which Ba Duan Jin affects the motor function of children with DCD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合DCD的诊断； ②年龄为5-10岁； ③认知、言语、听力正常，能配合训练 ④患者本人及家属同意入组并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① The diagnosis of DCD is met; ② Age is 5-10 years old; ③ Normal cognition, speech and hearing, able to co-operate with training ④The patient and his/her family agree to be enrolled and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

①合并肢体功能障碍； ②智力障碍； ③脊柱有侧弯或损伤的儿童

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined limb dysfunction; ② Mental retardation; ③ Children with scoliosis or injury to the spine

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究报告表由研究对象、结局评价人员填写，每个入选对象必须完成研究报告表。研究报告表由活动日志表、相关结局指标检测量表、不良事件记录表等组成，完成的研究报告表由项目管理人员审核后，组织数据录入员进行数据录入并将原始表统一管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The study report form was completed by the study subjects and outcome evaluators, and each enrolled subject had to complete the study report form. The study report form consists of an activity log sheet, a relevant outcome indicator testing scale, and an adverse event record sheet, etc. The completed study report form is reviewed by the project management staff, and then the data entry clerk is organised to perform data entry and manage the original form in a uniform manner.
