研究目的：

应用环泊酚进行麻醉后，患者的体表面积是否会对环泊酚的代谢以及排泄产生影响。  

Objectives of Study：

After applying propofol for anesthesia, does the body surface area of the patient affect the metabolism and excretion of propofol?

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①选取132例大连医科大学附属第二医院胸外科准备行择期肺叶切除术的患者。 ②性别不限。 ③年龄18~65周岁。 ④BMI18~30kg/㎡。 ⑤ASA分级I~II级。 ⑥手术预计时长1~2h。 ⑦无代谢病，无心律失常，无明显的心、肺、肝、肾等重要器官功能障碍，皮肤完整无皮肤疾病。

Inclusion criteria

① Select 132 patients from the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Dalian Medical University Affiliated Second Hospital, who are prepared for elective lobectomy. ② Gender is not limited. ③ Age range is 18-65 years old. ④ BMI range is 18-30 kg/㎡. ⑤ ASA classification is grade I to grade II. ⑥ Estimated duration of surgery is 1-2 hours. ⑦ No metabolic diseases, no arrhythmias, no significant dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, and intact skin without skin diseases.

排除标准：

①长期使用精神类药物。 ②认知功能障碍。 ③对环泊酚及其成分过敏。 ④镇痛药物和酒精成瘾史。 ⑤术后转入ICU并未正常复苏转入病房的患者。 ⑥近期有生育以及哺乳计划。 ⑦3个月内参与其他临床试验。 ⑧拒绝参与本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term use of psychotropic drugs. 2. Cognitive impairment. 3. Allergy to Ciprofol and its ingredients. 4. History of analgesic medication and alcohol addiction. 5. Patient transferred to ICU after surgery and did not recover normally to be transferred to the ward. 6. Recently had plans for pregnancy and breastfeeding. 7. Participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 8. Refused to participate in this study.
