研究目的：

通过一项前瞻性观察性研究，了解不同妊娠时期妇女体力活动水平与睡眠质量状况；使用交叉滞后路径模型分析妊娠期妇女体力活动与睡眠质量间的纵向关联与作用方向，检验二者的因果时序关系是否存在，为孕妇孕期建立健康生活方式提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the level of physical activity and sleep quality at different gestational weeks through a prospective observational study. To explore the longitudinal association and direction of effect between maternal physical activity and sleep quality during pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≧20岁，单胎妊娠，妊娠10~13 +6周（孕早期）；②在本院初次建册和定期产检并计划在本院分娩；③无酗酒、吸烟等不良生活习惯。

Inclusion criteria

①age≧20 year, 11-13+6weeks of gestation, singleton pregnancy. ②regular maternity checkups at the hospital and planned to delivery at the hospital. ③without alcohol addiction, smoking and other drug addiction.

排除标准：

①因各种原因正常体力活动受限；②妊娠期合并有心脏、肝脏、血液系统等严重疾病孕妇；③有不良孕产史、多次流产史、急产史、宫颈机能不全史或其他子宫畸形病史者；④服用安眠类等影响睡眠的药物和处方药物；⑤有饮茶、咖啡 因饮料或酒精习惯；⑥孕期有跨时区飞行或工作存在倒夜班现象；⑦调查期间发生重大生活事件;⑧语言沟通障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

①unable to carry out normal physical activity for various reasons. ②with major organ diseases in heart, liver or kidney. ③a history of adverse pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, precipitate labour and cervical incompetence. ④with proven sleep disorders and those who took sleep medications. ⑤with a habit of drink tea, coffee or alcohol beverages. ⑥having major life events during this period. ⑦with language communication disorder. ⑧having a histioy of night shift or traveling across time zones.
