研究目的：

通过前瞻性队列研究评估孕期胎儿轻-中度侧脑室增宽(侧脑室宽度<15mm)的短期预后以及出生后神经系统发育情况（长期预后），并进一步结合临床发育评估分析其预后相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to evaluate the short-term prognosis of mild to moderate ventriculomegaly (lateral ventricular width <15mm) during pregnancy and postnatal nervous system development (long-term prognosis) in a prospective cohort study, and to further analyze the prognose-related factors in combination with clinical development assessment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

暴露组：1）单胎；2）孕妇分娩年龄在18-45岁；3）超声发现VM或MRI提示侧脑室增宽（10-15mm）；4）孕期完善胎儿头颅MRI；5）胎儿核型分析/CMA（若孕期无法完善可产后完善）；6）母血TORCH筛查/羊水TORCH；7）规律产检并有完整的孕期和分娩资料。 非暴露组：1）单胎；2）孕妇分娩年龄在18-45岁；3）孕期超声以及MRI无侧脑室增宽；4）母血TORCH筛查/羊水TORCH；5）规律产检并有完整的孕期和分娩资料。

Inclusion criteria

Exposed group: 1) singleton; 2) The age of delivery of the pregnant woman is 18-45 years old; 3) during pregnancy ultrasound or MRI revealed VM (10-15mm); 4) fetal head MRI during pregnancy has been done; 5) Fetal karyotype analysis or CMA has been done; 6) Maternal blood TORCH screening/amniotic fluid TORCH has been done; 7) Pregnancy routine examination and complete pregnancy and delivery data. Non-exposed group: 1) singleton; 2) The age of delivery of the pregnant woman is 18-45 years old; 3) There was no ventriculomegaly indicated on ultrasound and MRI during pregnancy; 4) Maternal blood TORCH screening/amniotic fluid TORCH has been done; 5) Pregnancy routine examination and complete pregnancy and delivery data.

排除标准：

排除标准：1）分娩孕周不足37周；2）染色体异常或其他神经系统结构异常；3）孕妇无法正常交流或不愿参加此项研究

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) less than 37 weeks of pregnancy; 2) chromosomal abnormalities or other structural abnormalities of the nervous system; 3) Pregnant women are unable to communicate normally or do not want to participate in the study
