研究目的：

通过观察环泊酚与丙泊酚在腹腔镜下胃肠肿瘤手术老年患者全身麻醉下对POD发生率的不同影响，为具有POD高危因素的老年患者的麻醉用药提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the different effects of cyclopofol and propofol on POD incidence in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia, this study provides reference for anesthesia use in elderly patients with POD high risk factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、65≤年龄≤85岁，性别不限； 2、术前MMSE评分大于26分； 3、拟在全身麻醉下择期行腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术的患者，预计手术时长约2h~4h； 4、ASA麻醉分级Ⅰ级～Ⅲ级； 5、自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1, 65≤ age ≤85 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Preoperative MMSE score was greater than 26 points; 3. For patients who plan to undergo laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia, the operation time is expected to be about 2h~4h; 4. ASA anesthesia grade I ~ III; 5. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1、精神、神经疾病史及相关药物用药史患者； 2、合并严重器质性疾病或脏器功能障碍患者； 3、严重视觉、听觉、言语障碍无法交流者完成评分患者； 4、拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with history of mental and neurological diseases and related drug use history; 2. Patients with severe organic diseases or organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe visual, auditory and speech disorders who cannot communicate completed the score; 4. Refusing to sign informed consent.
