研究目的：

探讨影响开颅术后患者肺部CT异常成像的因素，并评价术后肺部CT异常成像对开颅术后患者肺部并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating factors influencing abnormal CT imaging of the lungs in patients after craniotomy, and evaluating the impact of postoperative lung CT imaging on complications of the lungs in patients after craniotomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）本院首次接受择期全麻下开颅手术患者，年龄≥18岁，性别不限，ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级； （2）患者病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) First-time scheduled craniotomy patients under general anesthesia, aged ≥18, any gender, ASA classification grade I to III. (2) Patients with complete medical records.

排除标准：

（1）既往接受开颅手术患者； （2）术前已经存在肺部感染或其他肺部疾病患者(第1秒用力呼气容积<80%预期值或第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量比值<70%预期值或一氧化碳弥散量<80%预其值)； （3）术前胸部CT提示：肺部影像学表现为单侧或双侧条带状、斑片状、高密度的阴影； （4）围术期病历资料不完善患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have previously undergone craniotomy. (2) Patients with pre-existing lung infections or other pulmonary diseases (forced expiratory volume in 1 second <80% of predicted value, or forced expiratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity ratio <70% of predicted value, or carbon monoxide diffusion capacity <80% of predicted value). (3) Preoperative chest CT indicating unilateral or bilateral linear, patchy, or high-density shadowing in lung imaging. (4) Patients with incomplete medical records during the perioperative period.
