研究目的：

1.主要研究目的 了解hsa_circ_0002320等环状RNA可否作为糖尿病心肌病的生物学标记物预测指标；通过该指标与心功能相关性分析，明确其对患者的预后的影响；通过与炎症指标（NLRP3、IL-1β、IL-18和TNF-α等）的相关性分析，了解该指标是否参与了炎症和心肌纤维化的形成。 2.次要研究目的和探索性研究目的 探索DCM新的治疗靶点，为治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objectives To understand whether circular RNAs (hsa_circ_0002320 and other circular RNA) can be used as a biomarker for predicting diabetic cardiomyopathy; Through the correlation analysis between the index and cardiac function, the influence of the index on the prognosis of patients was clarified. Through the correlation analysis with inflammatory markers (NLRP3, IL-1β, IL-18 and TNF-α and so on), to understand whether this indicator is involved in the formation of inflammation and myocardial fibrosis. 2. Secondary research objectives and exploratory research objectives To explore new therapeutic targets of DCM and provide theoretical basis for treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄20-70岁，性别不限；
（2）20 kg/m2≤ BMI ≤35 kg/m2；
（3）患者自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书；
（4）能够与患者良好交流并遵照整个实验要求；
（5）正常对照组：75g葡萄糖耐量实验正常；
（6）糖尿病组：按照WHO标准（1999）诊断为T2DM的患者；
（7）糖尿病心肌病组：在确诊2型糖尿病基础上：心脏超声提示心脏扩大伴心脏收缩功能受损，心脏无扩大者则有舒张功能障碍；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 20-70 years old, gender unlimited;
(2) 20 kg/m2≤ BMI ≤35 kg/m2;
(3) The patient voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent;
(4) Able to communicate well with patients and follow the requirements of the whole experiment;
(5) Normal control group: 75g glucose tolerance test was normal;
(6) Diabetes group: patients diagnosed with T2DM according to WHO criteria (1999);
(7) Diabetic cardiomyopathy group: on the basis of the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, cardiac ultrasound indicated dilatation of the heart with impaired systolic function, while those without dilatation of the heart had diastolic dysfunction;

排除标准：

（1）既往或目前诊断高血压心脏病、冠心病、风湿性心脏瓣膜病、扩张性或肥厚性心肌病、心房颤动或其他心血管疾病引起的心衰；
（2）严重糖尿病并发症，存在增殖期视网膜病变，糖尿病足，或糖尿病肾病（肾小球滤过率<60ml/min）等严重糖尿病并发症；
（3）其他重要的合并症，如肿瘤、甲状腺功能减退症、肝肾功能不全，免疫和风湿性疾病或重大精神疾病；
（4）近3个月内应用了激素及精神性药物；
（5）备孕或怀孕；
（6）未完成相关检查或资料不全者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Heart failure due to hypertensive heart disease, coronary heart disease, rheumatic valvular heart disease, dilated or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, atrial fibrillation or other cardiovascular diseases diagnosed or currently diagnosed;
(2) Severe diabetic complications, such as proliferative retinopathy, diabetic foot, or diabetic nephropathy (glomerular filtration rate <60ml/min);
(3) other significant comorbidities, such as neoplasms, hypothyroidism, hepatorenal insufficiency, immune and rheumatic diseases or major psychiatric disorders;
(4) The use of hormones and psychotropic drugs in the past 3 months;
(5) Preparing for pregnancy or becoming pregnant;
(6) Incomplete examination or incomplete data

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time.
