研究目的：

(1）通过Meta分析，为社区高血压前期患者的八段锦运动提供证据参考。 (2）实施干预方案，观察八段锦干预前后患者血压、身体质量指数、腰臀比、睡眠质量、生活质量的变化情况。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To provide evidence for Baduanjin exercise in community patients with prehypertension through Meta-analysis. (2) The intervention program was implemented, and the changes of blood pressure, body mass index, waist-hip ratio, sleep quality and quality of life were observed before and after the intervention of Baduanjin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18周岁。 （2）静息状态下测量两次血压，血压值符合以下标准者：120mmHg≤ 收缩压≤ 139mmHg, 80mmHg≤ 舒张压≤ 89mmHg。 （3）无关节损伤史者。 （4）无精神障碍者。 （5）无参加任何其他干预者（或干预停止两周以上者）。 （6）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ≥18 years old; (2) Blood pressure was measured twice in the resting state, and the blood pressure values met the following criteria: 120mmHg≤ systolic blood pressure ≤ 139mmHg, 80mmHg≤ diastolic blood pressure ≤ 89mmHg. (3) patients without history of joint injury. (4) patients without mental disorders. (5) did not participate in any other intervention (or stopped the intervention for more than two weeks). (6) voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）继发性高血压。 （2）肢体活动障碍者。 （3）认知功能障碍者。 （4）患有心、脑、肝、肾功能异常，糖尿病及严重并发症者。 （5）酗酒及精神类药物滥用者和依赖者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) secondary hypertension. (2) patients with physical activity disorder. (3) patients with cognitive impairment. (4) patients with abnormal heart, brain, liver, kidney function, diabetes and serious complications. (5) drinking and psychiatric drug abuse and dependence.
