研究目的：

探寻 ARS 对青少年 DDWR 患者的治疗效果及关节盘位置与术后复发率的相关性研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of ARS on adolescent patients with DDWR and the correlation between articular disc position and postoperative recurrence rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合 DC/TMD 关于颞下颌关节盘可复性移位的诊断标准。 2、患者未曾行任何治疗; 3、患者愿意接受再定位合垫治疗且配合定期随访，随访时间不少于 6 个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Through medical history and MRI examination, the patient's temporomandibular joint disc displacement on at least one side meets the DC/TMD diagnostic criteria for DDWR. 2. The patient has not received any relevant treatment. 3. The patient is willing to accept repositioning and mating treatment and cooperates with regular follow-up.

排除标准：

1、患者佩戴 ARS 后复查 MRI，显示盘髁关系未能恢复正常者; 2、随访期未满 6 个月失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient who has not returned to normal disc-condylar relationship during MRI re-examination with ARS; 2. The patient is followed for less than 6 months.
