研究目的：

通过对甲状腺乳头状癌组织及癌旁组织测序，挖掘潜在可作为甲状腺癌分子标志物的全新环形RNA  

Objectives of Study：

To explore novel circular RNA (circrna) as potential molecular markers of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) by sequencing of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) tissues and adjacent tissues

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①　18-85周岁，性别不限; ②　组织病理学检验确定其患有甲状腺乳头状癌; ③　预计生存期≥12周; ④　无严重的药物过敏史; ⑤　患者自愿参与此次试验并签署相应的书面知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

①18-85 years old, regardless of gender; ② Papillary thyroid carcinoma confirmed by histopathological examination; ③ Predicted survival time ≥12 weeks; ④ no history of serious drug allergy; ⑤ Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the corresponding written informed consent

排除标准：

①　近3个月合并有急性损伤、感染、手术史； ②　严重肝肾功能异常者； ③　正在使用抗炎药物； ④　治疗前已有血液系统疾病； ⑤　合并有其他恶性肿瘤者； ⑥　治疗前诊断为自身免疫性疾病或使用类固醇药物超过1个月； ⑦　患有精神病或者认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of acute injury, infection and surgery in the past 3 months; ② Severe abnormal liver and kidney function; ③ current use of anti-inflammatory drugs; ④ blood system diseases before treatment; ⑤ patients with other malignant tumors; ⑥ autoimmune disease diagnosed before treatment or use of steroid drugs for more than 1 month; ⑦ Mental illness or cognitive impairment.
