To explore the best treatment and prognosis of spinal cord injury, improve the quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury, and establish a large database of spinal cord injury.

纳入标准：

1.年龄?18-75?岁 2.明确诊断为脊髓损伤患者 3.ASIA分级：A-D级

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years old 2.Patients with a definite diagnosis of spinal cord injury 3.Spinal cord injury ASIA grade A-D injury

排除标准：

1.既往有脊髓外神经系统病变或其他神经肌肉疾病 2.拒绝签署知情同意书 3.研究者认为不适合进入队列的其他因素

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with previous extraspinal neuropathy or other neuromuscular disease 2.Patients who are refusal to sign informed consent 3.Other factors that patients are not suitable for entry into the cohort

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集采用纸质CRF，每个受试者有一个编号和一个对应的CRF文件夹，包含基线资料、随访资料、不良事件报告等。CRF由研究人员填写并核对，由研究协调员审核并签字，由研究负责人定期检查并存档。数据管理采用Office组件中的ACCESS数据库软件管理，由本课题组专人保管，同时数据采用蓝光光碟备份，保证数据的安全。本课题组设定专人定期抽查数据，保证数据质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection is done using paper-based Case Report Forms (CRFs), with each subject assigned a unique number and a corresponding CRF folder containing baseline information, follow-up data, adverse event reports, etc. The CRFs are completed and verified by the research personnel, reviewed and signed by the study coordinator, and periodically checked and archived by the principal investigator. Data management is conducted using the ACCESS database software within the Office suite, which is securely managed by dedicated personnel within our research team. Additionally, data is backed up on Blu-ray discs to ensure its safety. Our research team has designated individuals who regularly conduct data audits to ensure data quality.
