探究红外热成像诊断腰椎间盘突出伴神经根痛的敏感性、特异性、ROC曲线以及最佳温度差。

Explore the sensitivity, specificity, ROC curve, and optimal temperature difference of digital infrared thermographic imaging in diagnosing lumbar disc herniation caused sciatica

纳入标准：

下肢放射痛伴有或者不伴有腰痛的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with unilateral sciatica with or without back pain

排除标准：

双侧下肢疼痛，既往腰椎或下肢有手术史，不能行磁共振或CT检查

Exclusion criteria：

Bilateral lower limb pain, previous history of lumbar or lower limb surgery, unable to undergo magnetic resonance imaging or CT examination

两名高年资主任医师根据患者症状、体征、辅助检查、治疗效果综合评判患者是否为腰椎间盘突出症

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Two independent senior pain specialist reviewed all medical records pertaining to the patient and classified the diagnosis as sciatica pain caused by LDH or sciatica pain because of causes other than LDH.
