研究目的：

1. 通过植物甾醇和磷脂联合干预血胆固醇边缘升高人群，探索其对脂代谢的影响，明确植物甾醇和磷脂联合应用调控脂代谢的作用，为血脂异常的防治开辟新思路。 2. 旨在探讨植物甾醇和磷脂联合应用对血胆固醇边缘升高人群氧化应激水平的影响，探讨植物甾醇和磷脂可能通过抗氧化作用影响血脂代谢的机制。 3. 为血胆固醇边缘升高人群的血脂控制提出适当的膳食营养物质干预措施，进一步为通过膳食补充辅助调控血脂提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Combined intervention of phytosterols and phospholipids in people with elevated blood cholesterol margin, explore their influence on lipid metabolism, clarify the effect of phytosterols and phospholipids to regulate lipid metabolism, and open up new ideas for the prevention and control of dyslipidemia. 2. It aims to investigate the effects of the combination of phytosterols and phospholipids on oxidative stress levels in people with elevated blood cholesterol margins, and to explore the mechanisms by which phytosterols and phospholipids may affect blood lipid metabolism through antioxidant effects. 3. Put forward appropriate dietary nutrient intervention measures for the blood lipid control of people with elevated blood cholesterol margins, and further provide new ideas for the auxiliary regulation of blood lipid through dietary supplement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在30~65周岁，性别不限，民族不限； （2）BMI ≥24kg/m2； （3）血脂边缘升高者：满足以下任意一种条件者即可。 轻度高胆固醇血症：血清5.2mmol/L ≤ TC ＜6.2mmol/L或3.4mmol/L≤ LDL-C ＜4.1 mmol/L； 轻度高甘油三酯血症：1.7mmol/L≤TG ＜2.3mmol/L； 轻度混合型高脂血症：满足1.7mmol/L ≤ TG ＜2.3mmol/L，且满足以下条件至少一条：5.2mmol/L≤TC ＜6.2mmol/L，3.4mmol/L≤ LDL-C ＜4.1 mmol/L。 （4）糖尿病、高血压等慢性疾病控制良好者，且无严重肝、肾、甲状腺、心脑血管、消化系统等疾病者； （5）近3个月内未使用任何调节血脂的相关药物（如利尿剂、β受体阻断剂、他汀类药物或其他药物），及富含植物甾醇和磷脂的营养补充剂； （6）自愿参加本研究，并签订知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ranging from 30 to 65, with no limit on gender or ethnic group; (2) BMI ≥ 24kg/m2; (3) Raised blood lipid margin: it can meet any of the following conditions. Mild hypercholesterolemia: serum 5.2 mmol/L ≤ TC < 6.2 mmol/L or 3.4 mmol/L ≤ LDL-C < 4.1 mmol / L; Mild hypertriglyceridemia: 1.7 mmol/L ≤ TG <2.3 mmol/L; Mild mixed hyperlipidemia: 1.7 mmol/L ≤ TG <2.3mmol / L, and at least one of the following conditions: 5.2 mmol/L ≤ TC <6.2mmol/L,3.4mmol/L ≤ LDL-C < 4.1mmol / L. (4) Patients with good control of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, and no serious liver, kidney, thyroid, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive system and other diseases; (5) Did not use any related drugs (such as diuretics, β receptor blockers, statins or other drugs), and nutritional supplements rich in phytosterols and phospholipids in the past 3 months; (6) Voluntary participation in this study, and signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）传染性疾病、恶性肿瘤治疗期、精神病患者； （2）过敏体质及对试验产品成分过敏者； （3）过度抽烟或酗酒[过度吸烟（≥2包/天、烟龄≥10年），酗酒（男性> 70克/天，女性> 56克/天）；(50ml相当于1两)? 70g酒精相当于啤酒1700ml、葡萄酒750ml、38°的白酒250ml 56g酒精相当于啤酒1400ml、葡萄酒600ml、38°的白酒170ml 酒精摄入量(克)= 饮酒量(毫升)× 酒精度数(%)× 0.8? （4）有特殊的饮食习惯：素食者、体重管理者、生酮饮食者（高脂肪、低碳水）等； （5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （6）不能遵循试验要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with infectious diseases, malignant tumors and mental illness; (2) Allergic constitution and allergy to the ingredients of the test products; (3) Excessive smoking or alcoholism [excessive smoking (≥ 2 packs / day, ≥ 10 years of smoking age), alcoholism (> 70 g / day for men,> 56 g / day for women); (50ml is equivalent to 1 two) 70g of alcohol is equivalent to 1,700 ml of beer, 750ml of wine and 38° of 250ml of liquor 56g of alcohol is equivalent to 1400ml of beer, 600ml of wine and 38° of 170ml of liquor; Alcohol intake (grams) = alcohol intake (ml) multiply alcohol intake (%) multiply 0.8 (4) Special dietary habits: vegetarians, weight managers, ketogenic diet (high fat, low carbohydrate), etc.; (5) pregnant or lactating women; (6) Unable to follow the trial requirements.
