本研究旨在建立基于共聚焦激光显微内镜技术的小肠镜诊断小肠疾病的诊断标准并评估其诊断效能  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to establish diagnostic criteria and evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of enteroscopy based on confocal laser endomicroscopy

纳入标准：

满足以下所有入组选项的患者方可纳入本研究： 1）年龄≥14岁，≤75岁，性别不限； 2）既往已完成小肠镜及共聚焦显微内镜检查者； 3）病史清晰、数据完整者；

Inclusion criteria

Patients who met all of the following enrollment options were eligible for inclusion in the study: 1) Age ≥14 years old, ≤75 years old, gender is not limited; 2) Those who have completed colonoscopy and confocal laser endomicroscopy in the past; 3) Clear medical history and complete data;

排除标准：

出现以下任何一项的患者将不能纳入本研究： 1）既往病史或经病理证实有消化道恶性肿瘤患者； 2）妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 3）存在明显的其他异常体征、实验室检查和临床疾病，研究医生判断不适合纳入研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following symptoms will not be included in the study: 1) Patients with previous medical history or pathological confirmation of gastrointestinal malignancy; 2) Pregnant and lactating women; 3) There are significant other abnormal signs, laboratory tests, and clinical disorders that the study physician determines are not suitable for inclusion in the investigator.
