探究隐形前方牵引装置对替牙期骨性 III 类患者牙、骨、软组织的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of facemask protraction combined with clear aligners in the early treatment of skeletal class III malocclusion in the mixed dentition.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 替牙期； ② 安氏III类错合，前牙反合； ③ ANB ＜ 0°，Wits值 ＜ -2 mm，上颌发育不足伴或不伴有下颌发育过度； ④ 处于生长发育高峰前期或高峰期。

Inclusion criteria

① Mixed dentition; ② Angle Class III malocclusion, and anterior crossbite; ③ ANB less than 0°,Wits appraisal less than -2 mm, and maxillary deficiency with or without mandibular overgrowth; ④ Before of during growth spurt.

排除标准：

① 先天缺牙或唇腭裂等先天性发育异常； ② 面部发育不对称； ③ 其他正畸治疗史； ④ 患者或监护人拒绝参与试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① Congenital craniofacial anomalies, such as agenesis and cleft lip and palate; ② Facial ③ Previous orthodontic treatment; ④ Patients or guardians refuse to participate.

盲法：

本研究采用单盲法。对干预者（正畸医师）和受试者（患者）不设盲，这是由于两组治疗方案明显不同，正畸医师和患者很容易识别分组。对资料分析者设盲，具体方法为隐去头颅侧位定位片中的患者信息，以研究编号代替。

Blinding：

Blinding of either orthodontists or participants is not possible because the treatment protocols in two groups were different. However, blinding will be used during the cephalometric analysis. All cephalometric films will be deidentified by opaque tape and replaced by research numbers, and then disarranged before tracing. The investigator who is responsible for measuring do not know the grouping of the cephalometric radiographs, which looked similar.
