研究目的：

客观评价雌激素对甲状腺癌手术患者住院时间的影响作用，以期为甲状腺肿瘤手术患者的临床治疗提供一定参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To objectively evaluate the effect of estrogen on the hospitalization time of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery, in order to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄40-50岁之间； （2）未绝经女性； （3）单侧甲状腺癌，肿瘤小于3cm，无转移； (4)各项生命体征稳定，意识清晰，具有一定的表达能力； (5)自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书的患者； (6)无药物及酒精依赖者； （7）逆行开刀手术。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 40-50 years old; (2) Pre-menopausal women; (3) Unilateral thyroid cancer, tumor less than 3cm, no metastasis; (4) Vital signs are stable, consciousness is clear, and a certain level of expression is available; (5) Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; (6) Those who are not dependent on drugs or alcohol; (7) Retrograde surgery.

排除标准：

(1)在手术同期需行其他不同类型或部位手术者； (2)近半年有激素类药物治疗史； (3)处于孕期及哺乳期的女性； (4)因卵巢早衰、子宫切除术等非自然原因导致月经紊乱或绝经者； (5)合并恶性肿瘤、自身免疫系统疾病、血液系统疾病、严重脏器疾病等的患者。 （6）脱落病例； （7）糖尿病患者； （8）存在研究者判断为不适合参加本临床研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who need to undergo other different types or parts of surgeries at the same time as the surgery; (2) Have a history of hormone drug treatment in the past six months; (3) Women who are pregnant or lactating; (4) Menstrual disorders or menopause due to unnatural reasons such as premature ovarian failure, hysterectomy, etc.; (5) Patients with malignant tumors, autoimmune system diseases, blood system diseases, serious organ diseases, etc. (6) Dropout cases; (7) Diabetic patients; (8) There are other conditions that the researcher judges to be unsuitable for participation in this clinical study.
