研究目的：

考察与传统宣教模式相比较，视频宣教模式联合传统宣教模式对初次使用芬太尼透皮贴剂的患者的疼痛、焦虑及抑郁情况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of additional video education on pain, depression and anxiety levels in cancer patients who first use fentanyl transdermal patch.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于18岁，
首次使用芬太尼透皮贴剂，
可以听懂普通话宣教

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients older than 18;
2. Patients who first used fentanyl transdermal patch;
3. Patients who can understand Chinese language.

排除标准：

肝肾功能不全、ECOG评分>2分及难治性癌痛患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. With liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. ECOG score> 2 and refractory cancer pain.
