研究目的：

探讨骨髓源型抑制细胞（MDSCs）不同亚群在重症患者进展为PICS中的作用，评估其早期预测PICS的价值，及在脓毒症和非脓毒症患者进展为PICS的表达差异，为脓毒症和PICS患者的防治提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the role of different subsets of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in the progression of severe patients to PICS, evaluating their early predictive value for PICS, and the differential expression of MDSCs in sepsis and non sepsis patients, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of sepsis and PICS patients.

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)≥15分；同意参加该项研究。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years old; Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II) ≥ 15 points; Agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

孕妇、恶性肿瘤患者、移植患者、HIV感染者或接受免疫抑制剂治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, cancer patients, transplant patients, HIV infected individuals, or patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy.
