研究目的：

比较轻型缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗与保守治疗的认知功能改善是否存在差异，即静脉溶栓治疗能否改善其发病后3个月的MMSE及MoCA评分，以此明确rt-PA溶栓对轻型卒中人群认知功能障碍的防治是否存在价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare whether there is a difference in cognitive function improvement between intravenous thrombolysis and conservative treatment in patients with mild ischemic stroke, that is, whether intravenous thrombolysis can improve their MMSE and MoCA scores at 3 months after onset, in order to clarify the value of rt PA thrombolysis in the prevention and treatment of cognitive dysfunction in the population with mild stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18岁以上； （2）入院时间≤4.5h； （3）符合 2015年中国脑血管疾病分类中的脑梗死诊断标准； （4）NIHSS 评分≤5 分； （5）影像学资料证实为前循环脑梗死。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 and above; (2) Admission time ≤ 4.5h; (3) Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction in the 2015 Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases; (4) NIHSS score ≤ 5 points; (5) Imaging data confirms anterior circulation cerebral infarction.

排除标准：

（1）既往发生卒中； （2）发病3个月内（随访期内）诊断了其他引起认知功能受损疾病； （3）存在《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》中4.5 h内rt-PA静脉溶栓的禁忌证； （4）发病3个月内（随访期内）进行血管内治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous stroke; (2) Diagnosed with other diseases that cause cognitive impairment within 3 months of onset (follow-up period); (3) There is a contraindication for intravenous thrombolysis with rt PA within 4.5 hours according to the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; (4) Intravascular treatment should be performed within 3 months of onset (during the follow-up period).
