研究目的：

本研究以正念减压疗法为理论指导，以恶性血液病患者为研究对象，在充分调研恶性血液病住院患者的心理状况的基础上，构建恶性血液病患者针对性的正念减压疗法；并通过临床实践验证正念减压疗法对恶性血液病住院患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量的干预效果，以全面改善恶性血液病住院患者术后化疗患者的整体生活质量，为临床医护人员对恶性血液病患者进行心理护理及院内康复指导提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theoretical guidance of mindfulness-based decompression therapy and the research object of patients with malignant hematological diseases, this study constructs the targeted mindfulness-based decompression therapy for patients with malignant hematological diseases on the basis of fully investigating the psychological status of hospitalized patients with malignant hematological diseases. Moreover, the effect of mindfulness-based decompression therapy on anxiety, depression and quality of life of hospitalized patients with malignant hematologic diseases was verified through clinical practice, so as to comprehensively improve the overall quality of life of hospitalized patients with malignant hematologic diseases after postoperative chemotherapy, and provide a basis for clinical medical staff to carry out psychological nursing and in-hospital rehabilitation guidance for patients with malignant hematologic diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于18岁小于60岁的患者； ②疾病诊断为恶性血液病； ③对疾病诊断知情； ④预计生存期≥1年 ⑤意识清楚，理解并能够对问卷问题进行作答； ⑥同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients older than 18 years and younger than 60 years; ② The disease was diagnosed as hematologic malignancy; ③ Knowledge of disease diagnosis; ④ Expected survival ≥1 year ⑤ Clear awareness, understanding and able to answer the questionnaire questions; ⑥ Agree to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①病情严重或合并有其他严重躯体疾病者； ②伴有精神疾病或认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with serious illness or other serious physical diseases; ② People with mental illness or cognitive impairment.

常规对恶性血液病住院患者进行住院护理。主要内容包括： 由主管医生、护士长和责任护士分别评估患者病情，一般包含患者的年龄、文化程度、目前化疗时间及频率、是否存在原发病及对自身疾病的认知程度等首先责任护士进行自我介绍，然后为患者进行病室环境布局的现场讲解；通过发放宣传手册、组织观看健康教育视频等，进一步帮助增强患者对恶性血液病治疗的原理、方法、意义的了解，对患者穿刺、建立血管通路，对可能出现的问题及注意事项提前告知；最后指导及协助患者完成相关的检查及时与患者进行沟通，把握其心理动态，通过适当的交流和心理疏导达到缓解患者不良情绪，并以积极心态配合治疗的目的。

Intervention：

The patients with malignant hematological diseases were routinely nursed in hospital. The main contents include: The doctor in charge, the head nurse and the responsible nurse respectively evaluate the patient's condition, which generally includes the patient's age, education level, current time and frequency of chemotherapy, whether there is primary disease and the degree of cognition of their own disease. The responsible nurse first introduces herself, and then explains the layout of the ward environment for the patient on the spot. By distributing publicity brochures and organizing watching health education videos, we can further help to enhance patients' understanding of the principles, methods and significance of the treatment of malignant hematological diseases, and inform patients of possible problems and precautions in advance of puncture and establishment of vascular access. Finally, guide and assist the patient to complete the relevant examination, communicate with the patient in time, grasp the psychological dynamics of the patient, relieve the patient's bad mood through appropriate communication and psychological counseling, and cooperate with the treatment with a positive attitude.

选取我院2023年12月15日-2024年5月31日血液科符合纳入和排除标准的恶性血液病患者，按患者入院顺序对入组患者编号，由研究者采用信封法，随机分为干预组和对照组。

Patients with malignant hematologic diseases who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the hematology department of our hospital from December 15, 2023 to May 31, 2024 were selected, numbered according to the order of admission, and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group by using the envelope method.
