研究目的：

分析针对足踝部皮肤软组织缺损患者采用超回流和非超回流腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部皮肤软组织缺损治疗的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the efficacy of hyperreflux and non-hyperreflux peroneal neurotrophic vascular flap for the repair of foot and ankle skin and soft tissue defects in patients with skin and soft tissue defects of the foot and ankle.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

各种原因所致的足踝部部位的软组织缺损创面，伴有肌腱、神经、骨或内固定物外露者；②采用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复创面者。

Inclusion criteria

Soft tissue defective wounds in the foot and ankle region from various causes with exposed tendons, nerves, bone, or internal fixations; wounds repaired with peroneal nerve trophic vascular flaps.

排除标准：

① 初始损伤涉及供区；②合并其他严重创伤，无法耐受大手术者；③年龄 ＞75岁或伴有严重糖尿病及心脏病等者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The initial injury involves the donor area; (2) The patient is unable to tolerate major surgery due to other severe trauma; (3) The patient is over 75 years old or has severe diabetes or heart disease.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由2名中级职称医师收集整理足踝部位软组织缺损的患者的一般临床资料、观察皮瓣成活情况、供区愈合情况及供区功能、远期皮瓣及受区外形，皮瓣切取的平均时间及平均手术时间。术后定期随访供区愈合情况及供区功能、远期皮瓣及受区外形评价该手术的疗效等临床数据。收集数据后咨询数据分析师，处理数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The general clinical data of patients with soft tissue defects in the foot and ankle region were collected and organized by two intermediate-level physicians, who observed the survival of the flap, the healing of the donor area and the function of the donor area, the shape of the flap and the recipient area in the long term, the average time of flap cutting and the average operation time. Clinical data such as donor zone healing and donor zone function, distant flap and recipient zone appearance were evaluated at regular postoperative follow-ups to assess the efficacy of the procedure. Data were collected and processed in consultation with data analysts.
