研究目的：

（1）调查慢阻肺患者及照顾者家庭抗逆力水平，探究不同人口学背景的患者与照顾者家庭抗逆力水平是否存在差异，并分析家庭抗逆力的相关因素，为慢阻肺家庭抗逆力的提升提供依据与方向。 （2）以生态系统理论为框架，通过网络分析的方法构建慢阻肺患者及照顾者家庭抗逆力相关因素的网 络关联结构，探究家庭抗逆力及其相关因素相互作用机制与路径，识别家庭抗逆力网络中的核心变量， 提升家庭抗逆力干预的针对性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the level of family resilience of COPD patients and caregivers, explore whether there are differences in the level of family resilience of patients and caregivers with different demographic backgrounds, and analyze the related factors of family resilience, so as to provide basis and direction for the improvement of family resilience of COPD patients. (2) Based on the framework of ecosystem theory, the network of family resilience related factors of COPD patients and caregivers was constructed through the method of network analysis Network association structure, explore the interaction mechanism and path of family resilience and related factors, identify the core variables in the family resilience network, and improve the pertinency of family resilience intervention.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准：（1）符合《慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊治指南（2023 年修订版）》的诊断标准，且为Ⅱ级～Ⅳ 级病人；（2）年龄≥18 岁；（3）有一定理解、表达能力；（4）愿意配合本研究。 照顾者纳入标准：（1）年龄≥18 岁；（2）为患者的直系亲属，与患者同住；（3）为患者提供核心照顾， 每周至少提供 5-40 小时，照顾时长超 5 天[1]；（4）有一定理解、表达能力；（5）愿意配合本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of patients: (1) patients met the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (2023 revision)" and were grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ; (2) age ≥18 years old; (3) have certain understanding and expression ability; (4) willing to cooperate with this study. Inclusion criteria of caregivers: (1) age ≥18 years old; (2) the immediate family members of the patient living with the patient; (3) providing core care for patients, at least 5-40 hours per week, and more than 5 days of care [1]; (4) have certain understanding and expression ability; (5) willing to cooperate with this study.

排除标准：

患者排除标准：（1）患有严重躯体或精神疾病；（2）身体虚弱，不能配合完成调查。 照顾者排除标准：（1）患有严重躯体或精神疾病；（2）领取报酬者。患者及照顾者需同时满足上述纳入排除标 准才能作为纳入对象。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria of patients: (1) patients with serious physical or mental disease; (2) weak and unable to cooperate with the investigation. Exclusion criteria of caregivers: (1) suffering from serious physical or mental diseases; (2) remunerators.
