研究目的:

比较3D打印技术与现有实体肿瘤评价标准对消化系统实体肿瘤非手术治疗疗效评价的差异性,探索更加全面准确的疗效评价标准,提高消化道实体肿瘤非手术治疗的精准化。  

Objectives of Study:

To compare the difference between 3D printing technology and the existing solid tumor evaluation criteria in the efficacy evaluation of non-surgical treatment of solid tumors of the digestive system, and to explore a more comprehensive and accurate efficacy evaluation criteria to improve the precision of non-surgical treatment of solid tumors of the digestive system.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄18-75岁之间;(2)经病理或影像学确诊的胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌等消化系统恶性肿瘤患者;(3)患者接受规律性的肿瘤周期治疗;(4)患者肿瘤病灶符合现有标准对靶病灶的定义;(5)在观察期内未出现不可测量病灶。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged between 18 and 75 years old; (2) the pathological and imaging diagnosis of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer patients with digestive system malignant tumor; (3) patients received regular cycle of tumor therapy; (4) The patient's tumor lesions met the definition of target lesions according to the existing criteria; (5) No non-measurable lesions occurred during the observation period.

排除标准:

(1)早期可手术切除的肿瘤患者;(2)在治疗前后观察期内转化治疗成功,行手术切除肿瘤的患者;(3)在观察期内,不通过现有标准评估,就已经有证据可表明肿瘤疗效结果的患者;(4)治疗后影像学提示完全缓解(CR)的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) patients with early resectable tumors; (2) in the treatment of observation period before and after treatment success, surgical removal of the tumor patients; (3) patients who have evidence of tumor efficacy without evaluation by the existing criteria during the observation period; (4) patients with complete remission (CR) indicated by imaging after treatment.

本研究中,利用3D打印技术,采用肿瘤三维内径(三维中肿瘤最大径)、三维立方体体积(肿瘤外立方体体积)、绝对体积、高密度体积(影像学中增强的体积)、标准体积等指标与现有WHO标准及RECIST1.1标准进行比较。

Index test:

In this study, 3D printing technology was used to compare the internal diameter (the maximum diameter of the tumor in 3D), 3D cube volume (the volume of the cube outside the tumor), absolute volume, high density volume (the volume of enhancement in imaging), and standard volume with the existing WHO standard and RECIST1.1 standard.

目标人群(可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群,详细描述其疾病特征,注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例,具有良好的代表性)

目标人群是经病理或影像学检查确诊的18-75岁的胃癌、结直肠癌及肝癌等消化系统恶性肿瘤患者,患者疾病处于晚期阶段,无根治性手术机会,给予规律性非手术治疗。

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

The target population is 18-75 years old patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system, such as gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and liver cancer, confirmed by pathology or imaging examination. Patients with advanced disease and no opportunity for radical surgery are given regular non-surgical treatment.

容易混淆的疾病人群(即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病,应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计):

容易混淆的人群包括非肿瘤患者、早期可手术治疗的肿瘤患者、经过转化治疗成功后手术的患者及不依靠测量就可明显看出疾病变化的患者。

Populations that are prone to confusion include nontumor patients, patients with early operable tumors, patients who undergo surgery after successful conversion therapy, and patients whose disease changes are evident without measurement.
