研究目的：

本课题拟通过对脑室出血患者预后影响因素研究，筛选出影响预后的独立危险因素，建立预后预测临床模型，为脑室出血的临床治疗提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to study the prognostic factors affecting patients with ventricular hemorrhage screen the independent risk factors affecting prognosis and establish a clinical model for prognostic prediction so as to provide help for the clinical treatment of ventricular hemorrhage

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

年龄：18-80周岁
入院后入住监护室
原发性脑室内出血或自发性脑实质出血≤ 20ml 伴破入脑室
发病前 mRS 评分 0 或 1

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-80 years
Admitted to a care unit after hospitalization
Primary intraventricular hemorrhage or spontaneous parenchymal hemorrhage ≤ 20 ml with rupture into a ventricle
Pre-onset mRS score 0 or 1

排除标准：

由脑动脉瘤、颅内AVM破裂，或肿瘤引起的出血
存在脉络丛血管畸形或烟雾病
凝血障碍
血小板计数<100000，INR>1.4
妊娠（血清或尿液妊娠试验阳性）
伴脑干出血
入院前既往有开颅手术史的
入院前持续性内出血，涉及腹膜后部位，或胃肠道、泌尿生殖道或呼吸 道，或近期手术干预的部位
数据资料不完整的病人

Exclusion criteria：

Bleeding caused by a ruptured cerebral aneurysm intracranial AVM or tumor
Presence of choroid plexus vascular malformations or smokers' disease
blood clotting disorder
Platelet count <100,000, INR >1.4
Pregnancy (positive serum or urine pregnancy test)
brain stem hemorrhage
Prior history of craniotomy prior to hospitalization
Persistent internal bleeding prior to admission involving retroperitoneal sites, or gastrointestinal, genitourinary or respiratory tracts, or sites of recent surgical intervention
Patients with incomplete data
