研究目的：

对老年冠心病伴衰弱患者进行乳清蛋白补充结合运动干预，加强机体应激能力，以促进患者身体状况的改善及生活质量的提高。  

Objectives of Study：

Whey protein supplement combined with exercise intervention for elderly coronary heart disease patients with frailty can strengthen the body's stress ability, so as to promote the improvement of patients' physical condition and quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥60周岁，使用FRAIL量表诊断为衰弱的患者； (2)患有冠心病； (3)生命体征稳定； (4)神志清楚，交流无障碍； (5)辅助步行及正常步行者； (6)肝肾功能无异常； (7)愿意加入本项目，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients aged ≥60 years old diagnosed as FRAIL using FRAIL scale; (2) patients with coronary heart disease; (3) stable vital signs; (4) clear consciousness and easy communication; (5) Assisted walking and normal walkers; (6) normal liver and kidney function; (7) Willing to join the project and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)近期外伤引起的骨折； (2)纽约心脏学会（NYHA）心功能分级为Ⅳ级； (3)安装心脏起搏器者； (4)关节疾病或创伤导致无法行走者； (5)拟行外科手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) fractures caused by recent trauma; (2) New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class Ⅳ; (3) install pacemaker; (4) joint disease or trauma cause cannot walk; (5) patients who planned to undergo surgery;
