研究目的：

本临床研究的目的是通过观察腹腔镜下根治性肾切除术患者围术期RAAS的变化与AKI的相关性，探讨AKI的发病机制及RAAS系统对AKI的预测作用，为预防术后AKI的发生提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this clinical study is to observe the correlation between perioperative changes of RAAS and AKI in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical nephrectomy, to explore the pathogenesis of AKI and the predictive effect of RAAS system on AKI, so as to provide basis for preventing the occurrence of AKI after operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在我院择期行全麻下RN的患者。 2.年龄在40岁-80岁。 3.ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级。 4.术前心、肝、肾功能正常者。 5.获得知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing RN under general anesthesia in our hospital. 2.The age is between 40 and 80. 3.ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ. 4. The heart, liver and kidney function were normal before operation. 5. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.

排除标准：

1.孤立肾患者。 2.术前应用肾毒性药物。 3.肾脏二次手术病史。 4.术前有抢救病史。 5.术中及术后出现重大并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

1 .Patients with solitary kidney. 2.Nephrotoxic drugs were used before operation. 3.History of secondary renal operation. 4.There was a history of rescue before operation. 5.Major complications occurred during and after operation.
